Customer service was amazing, so amazing I went back within the hour to buy the jacket!

For reference, I am 5’4” (163 cm) and weigh around 52kg (115 lbs) and ordered the XS size. I’ve always wanted to invest in a luxury shearling piece as I live in Canada and temperatures can drop to -40 degrees Celsius during winter. For those with similar dimensions as me, note that the sleeves will be a bit too long and the coat itself will hit around mid buttocks. If you like that oversized, grungy look, then it shouldn’t be an issue, but I can only imagine for individuals shorter than me, it would look quite overwhelming.

Workmanship on the item is of utmost quality for the exception of the buckles at the wrists as - if poorly attended/not cautious - you can easily chip off the black coating (example, I already have a few noticeable chips after I placed my coat on a chair at a restaurant).

The shearling itself, for someone who lives in a cold climate like Canada, is EXTREMELY warm. I am by nature someone that likes to layer on clothes as I easily get cold/shiver when temperatures drop, however, I’ve gone out in this coat with just a t-shirt and was overwhelmingly sweating during the day (so I recommend not wearing this above 0 degrees depending on your preference).

Maintenance so far hasn’t been an issue, I’ve intentionally not worn the item when it rained to avoid damaging the suede parts, however, I’ve worn it out on a day where it snowed a bit and did not see any noticeable “defects”/damages to the materials due to the weather.

Warmest jacket I own. I receive endless compliments on it every time I wear it and it the quality is superb. Love the oversized look and how many pockets there are!
