Simple + Easy Returns

If you have returned an item to us, please bare with. We have reduced our operations within our warehouse and this will cause delays with returns being processed. Please be assured that we’re working as efficiently as possible to ensure delays are as minimal as possible.


Please visit the Returns Manager to request an exchange or refund. Once authorised, please return your BODA in its original condition with all tags attached, with the prepaid label provided. For further assistance email

Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your order depending on stock levels. 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom-made jackets are only liable for an exchange.

Bespoke jackets are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Each engraving plate is customised per order. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund for this item.

Face Coverings
Due to hygiene reasons, all face coverings are non returnable.
