As a celebration of love, the ‘88 collection is the BODA SKINS x Peter J Walsh capsule - inspired by photographs taken from Walsh himself. With the pictures capturing iconic moments in Manchester’s notorious nightclub, The Haçienda, the dance floor was bathed in pink lighting during the Acid House summer of love in 1988. Bright neon lights and technicolour style reunited British ravers during this time, and this look has been encapsulated in the ‘88 Ravers Tee - Dirty Ecru. Crafted from 100% organic cotton, the silhouette is a relaxed fit with ribbed cuffs and neckline. A PU leather label can be spotted at the side seam, while the Peter J Walsh photography has been used intricately to merge the history of Mancunian nightlife and the can’t-stop-won’t-stop attitude of BODA SKINS.
