DISPATCH
As soon as your item has been dispatched we will send you over a dispatch email which will contain your tracking number and information on how to track your order. Please note; once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes so please double check all details and make sure they are right the first time round. Please be aware that we do not ship orders on public holidays.
IMPORT DUTY + FEES
All orders are shipped from Manchester, England, we cover duties + taxes on all orders shipped to UK, USA, Canada, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia and Australia:.
If you are shipping to anywhere else in the world, there may be additional charges. You will be able to find out an approximate cost from your local governments website.
Refusal of delivery resulting in a return will have the delivery fee, and an additional cost of a return fee charged for a re-delivery, or deducted if refunded. You can see the return fees here.
