  • HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE REWARDS SCHEME?

    You simply have to create a BODA SKINS account. Once you have registered, you can begin earning points. By creating a BODA SKINS account you are also opting into marketing communication. 

  • WHAT CAN I USE MY POINTS ON?

    You can use points to redeem money off selected full-price items. Products tagged with a ★ are excluded from being bought with points . Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.

  • HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHER?

    Once you have joined the rewards scheme, you simply need to click 'Get reward' on your selected voucher, and you will be given a unique code for you to use at checkout. Please make sure you have read the Terms + Conditions of the voucher before redeeming.

  • CAN I USE MULTIPLE VOUCHERS ON ONE ORDER?

    No, only one voucher can be used on each order. Each voucher gives you a discount code and only one code can be used at a time.

  • WHAT DO PENDING POINTS MEAN?

    After making a purchase, your points are held for 14 days to take into account returns and any other unforeseen circumstances in the returns window.

  • I’VE PREVIOUSLY MADE A PURCHASE, BUT I HAVEN’T GOT THE POINTS?

    After joining the reward scheme, the past 3 months worth of purchases will be backdated, so you will get the points for those. However, you will not get points for any purchases made before that.

  • WHERE CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?

    Simply log into your account and your current points balance will be displayed on your profile dashboard.

  • DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

    Yes, your points expire after 12 months from your last purchase.
