Where the Global Sales + Logistics Coordinator fits in...
The successful candidate will be working within the Pop Up team, traveling the world to take our products internationally to our global client base. You will go to places such as: New York, LA, Miami, Sydney, Melbourne, Dubai, Canada, The Netherlands, Germany, Scandinavia and more. You will be helping with the planning and organisation of the logistics for all events. This will include, helping to source venues, book flights + accommodation, negotiate the best rates and plan the finer event details prior to the event starting.
You will also be helping clients browse the full collection whilst providing in depth product and brand knowledge. You will be helping clients with any size or style queries until they find the perfect product for you to help them purchase. You will be working towards sales targets for each event.
Working within The Weekenders Pop Up team you will be building relationships with clients all over the world, and providing a first class service to all.You will be responsible for ensuring the pop up shop is immaculate and on brand at all times, from set up to pack down. You’ll be required to travel to multiple events, often being away from the UK for weeks at a time.

I love to travel. Being out of the country, travelling the world internationally excites me. I wouldn’t get homesick being away for weeks at a time.
I love sales. I have worked within sales before and have a strong understanding on how sales works. I understand a relationship and trust needs to be built with each client. I have built this knowledge through my strong communication skills. I’m really friendly and very confident, I love making friends and meeting new people. I love talking to people, and get a real buzz from helping people.
I work well to targets and will always strive to exceed them. I am on it. I am very organised, I make lists and i’m very good at planning. I love to plan weeks in advance. I have an eye for detail. I understand the importance of working to strict deadlines and will ensure nothing is missed. I’m a grafter. No task is too big or small for me, i’ll just get stuck in whatever I need to, to help the people around me. I'm highly motivated to get things done, and I always use my initiative. Started is not good enough. I drive for results on a daily basis.
I love getting feedback . I constantly want to learn, grow and develop myself. If I don’t know how to do something, I will learn, quickly. Problems and challenges don’t scare me, they excite me! EVERYTHING is figureoutable. I take ownership, love having responsibility, and take great pride in everything I do. I always have a positive outlook.
My ideal day would involve an early start, to get ahead of the game, and then a day full of challenges that I overcome one after another, without the need to involve my manager. In fact, they won’t always know that there have been any problems, which makes me feel really good about myself. Sometimes things will change last minute, and i’ll deal with it. I’m a problem solver and I just get it done. It’s fast paced and fun, with everyone in the team doing their bit! I love it.
